Swap and Sway: All-Levels Pole Play and Costume/Clothing Swap

Come spend the early evening meeting with old and new lady-friends for some pole play and costume/clothing swapping.

6-6:30pm hang out, swap, nibbles
6:30-7:15pm all-levels guided warm-up/moving meditation
7:15pm-3pm learn a few basic pole tricks
7:30pm-9pm Freedom Pole (free pole play) for all levels plus clothing swap, dancing, nibbles.

If you've never tried pole, this is a great intro. Feel free to ask any questions here or PM.

Please bring a nibble or drink to share (we will provide plates, napkins, cups, forks, etc.)

Bring gently-used costume, clothing or shoes to swap. Bored of your burner-wear? Bring it! Want a new Halloween costume? Take one!

Free entry to 2-3 ladies who volunteer to take all the leftover swap stuff someplace to donate. PM me for info. 

Sliding scale of $15/pp covers all of the above. Money raised beyond the cost of the studio rental and teaching will be donated to Homeless Prenatal Program: http://www.homelessprenatal.org/
