Join us for a juicy vinyasa yoga flow in the mornings, as we discover our playfulness and strength through movement, breath, and music. Explore yoga, dance, meditation, qigong, and sound through a dynamic synthesis of poses and playfulness intended to reawaken both inner & outer strength. Expect moments of co-creation, laughter, and inward reflection.
Chelsea will also be offering an Expressive Voice workshop and her newest special offering, Heartspeak, co led by Nick Johnson!
About Chelsea:
Chelsea is passionate about music, movement, nutrition, and living simply. She views sound and movement, as sacred expressions of a universal language; a language that connects, empowers, and unites people from all backgrounds. Chelsea is a musician, sound-healer, aerial arts enthusiast, dance junkie, fervent yogi, and fitness mentor, who has been coaching others on their journey of health for over 10 years.

In class-settings Chelsea offers creative vinyasa sequencing, focused on connecting dynamic movements to the breath. She offers modifications, making her classes suitable for all levels. Sessions begin with emphasis on the breath and conclude with a few minutes of sound healing.
